Remember that Pac fought Marquez in two close fights, one to a draw, and one to a split decision. While Mayweather fought Marquez and dismantled him pretty easily and won every single round. Be that as it may, Different fighters have different styles and each style has it's advantages and disadvantages. Besides, Pacquiao's last fight with Marquez was almost two years ago and the one before that was in 2004, that's a lot of time to improve.
