i am a fat fucking piece of shit

so basically i am a fat ass and i need to lose weight. an not like 10-20 pounds, but more like 50+ pounds. any advice.

stop eating meat. or at least red meat, limit chicken ect

stop eating processed foods, stop eating artificial sugars. sodas ect

 

start walking every night, then start jogging

hit the gym a couple times a week

 

monitor your daily calorie intake, not religiously, just be conscious of how much you eat each meal.

drink water with your meals instead of other beverages.

 

it's the simple things, fuck a diet, just eat healthy and excercise.

 

if all else fails, go with the vomiting

This is true... i stopped drinking that shit about 4/5 years ago. My friend on the other hand started clearing about 5 Dr. Peppers and day and has gained a lot of weight.

diet.

burn calories. Seriously... Take yourself to the gym

bring your ipod or whatever and park your ass on one of

the elyptical machines. Yes... its kinda gay. But if you

position yourself correctly you can get behind some sexy

chiks running on the treadmill and just watch they asses

gyrate. Its great. Highly reccomended. Sit ups and weight

training isnt going to make you thin.

YOU HAVE TO BURN CALORIES

bro...look up a calorie calculator online and then figure it out.

 

you need to intake less calories....so eat more protein less carbs etc...maybe get your fat ass in the gym.

 

btw not thread worthy...i gaurentee if you eat oatmeal for breakfast...chicken breast and veggies for lunch and dinner you will drop like 30 in a month
