It all depends on the situation, who you are, who you are being detained by, and what day it is. So if it's close to the end of the month, and Officer Brown hasn't reached his quota, if he has some shit on you, you are most likely going to jail. i don't think its fair to make generalizations about cops, because a lot of people have the same shit to say about graff writers as they do cops.
