You got people thinking they've seen it all when in reality they haven't even tested the water. One of my best friends is in some disgustingly long relationship that started early in high school. I know if he marries this girl they're both gonna be miserable about 2 years after the rings are on. You can't base your life around one relationship, when you're young you should be out meeting girls and smashing your way across the proverbial great plains. Even if you're not the type of dude to fuck mad girls, at least get into a couple serious relationships before you even entertain the notion of marriage. Niggas STAY playing a dangerous game when they propose at 20. This was more of a personal rant, seeing as I can't really apply it to you and your girl, illstate. I don't know all the intricacies.
