the plain clothes cops ive seen... usually if you look at them for a minute, you;ll notice the bulging BULLET PROOF VEST, RADIO etc

and they will stick out like crazy

So Ive been thinking a ton about this. I feel like they're everywhere, on every block of downtown, and I cant help but trip. I feel like the PD has the city on lock, and everyone is being watched, constantly.

I know it sounds crazy, but think about it.

Also, I vote you smoke more meth and shoot every person you see who reminds you of a cop. The ones who try to arrest you when you pull the gun are plainclothes cops and you'll know to shoot them. The rest of them you'll have to shoot anyway because they're undercover or snitches. Smoke some more meth after the first one then keep going, making sure to be less picky about your definition of the people after you. See if you can break the world record.
