Guest schick1 Posted October 23, 2004 Share Posted October 23, 2004 it all depends, depending on the cops, the judge, your lawyer, what you did, how much you get up... but lets say youve been arested for graff once before and you get caught doing a inside with a marker... you might go to county for a few days then get charged with a felony and pay a 1,000 fine so you dont go to jail for just a tag. but on the flip side I know people who have done worse and got their case dimissed. it all relative.... but any vandalism on the transit system is a felony which is like a 500-10,000 fine.
