For all you that are growing jalapanos... made this a few weeks ago, it was awesome. Put it on some smoked chicken with some sour cream and a couple drops of lime juice... holy crap. best meal i had in a while...

 

Jalapeno Peach Salsa

* 2 cups fresh peaches or 1 (15oz.) can peaches, drained

* 2 cups fresh tomatoes or 1 (15 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes, drained

* 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely chopped

* 3 to 4 small jalapeños, finely chopped

* 2 to 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

* 1 garlic clove, crushed or minced

* 1 tablespoon lime juice

* 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

 

In a large bowl, dice peaches into half inch pieces for a chunky dip. Finely chop the onion, jalapeños, garlic and cilantro. Add lime juice, cider vinegar and salt; toss well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.

Great to make a day ahead.

im about to go on a salsa making spree. Im a spree

salsaer. Probably make 3 quarts at a time Helluva

mess tho. The only part that sucks

going raspberry pear with jalapeno, hungarian, and chilis

i put in a whole bunch of cilantro tho. Well... its a whole

bunch broke into 3 quartsized mason jars of the isht

mess tho. The only part that sucks

going raspberry pear with jalapeno, hungarian, and chilis

i put in a whole bunch of cilantro tho. Well... its a whole

you got the recipe for the raspberry/pear/jalapeno one?

habanero hot sauce?

 

 

 

 

 

* i may sort of go off this recipe, i dont want to use carrots maybe starfruit.

 

Habanero Pepper Sauce

 

# 12 Habanero chiles, stems removed, chopped

# 1/2 c chopped onion

# 2 cloves garlic, minced

# 1 TB vegetable oil

# 1/2 c chopped carrots

# 1/2 c distilled vinegar

# 1/4 c lime juice

 

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add carrots with a small amount of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer until carrots are soft. Place mixture in blender with chiles, and puree until smooth. Combine puree with vinegar and lime juice; simmer 5 minutes to combine flavors. Put mixture into sterilized bottles and seal.

 

Heat Scale: 9

Yield: 2 cups

think thats lamb rezalla, chicken vindaloo, keema fried rice with aloo chat and onion bhaji, obligatory fresh lime and chilli pickles, mint sauce and onions. My local indian, actually theres loads of em , but this one in particular is one of the best ive ever eaten.

WHAAts the deal on these mofos... add some more spicy sauce and some peppers of ya own n you got something spicy and tasty after smokin blunts. angry whopper haha where dao at? What you think?

 

 

its good..if youre down with the fast food shit...but its not really spicy :(

production of my new sauce co. will officially begin within the next week kicking it off with my gourmet habanero pepper hot sauce

DELICIOUS!

 

roommate just marinated a steak with it and dammit it was good.

 

all info including brand and ingredients are on the lock until the first batch is bottled, after that i will post company info and will be selling them if any are interested.

 

pH tested, water bathed and tamper proof seals....
