morton
Get a book about the history of Seattle and the area. Outdoor type stuff is pretty big out here if that is your thing. What type of stuff are you interested in?
tipsycripsy420
Alright let's stop taking about which route is the most grimey. Because you and I both know that the 358 is the most ruthless route in Seattle. Constant circle from downtown to Aurora. The homeless ride and sleep all day. Anyways let's enjoy the last few weeks of sunshine before our long winter.

I've been down underneath it many times and I haven't seen anything suspicious. But that's the rumor.

BRYSO DISCO
I completely forgot about the bus driver getting shot. I remember watching the news and seeing this dude I went to middle school with on the bus all bloodied.. Seattle has had some pretty interesting transit situations. Anyone remember like.. 1995 maybe? When some homeless dude unsheathed his Samurai sword downtown on Pike between 2nd & 3rd? all streets were shut down. massive police response.. I remember walking by the guy just a few minutes before it happened. $5 for a hot dog? I want that shit wrapped in bacon and then stuffed in another hot dog for $5! Rainier & Henderson.. what an interesting intersection. Always used to go to the pool at South Shore. That grocery store used to be called Stock Market. And who could forget the magic of Rany Mart. Scary Teriyaki for sure! That man is super funny. Bryso love, here is article; http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008733920_webrock11m.html The 7 is not that bad anymore since they split it with the 49. When it would cross over Henderson and Rainier? Man, Rainier Beach used to be nuts. Remember when the #7 was hijacked by that kid? Haha, my sister went to school with him. The 48 too. The 358 Bus. Remember when the driver was shot and it drove off the Aurora Bridge? Read about it; http://www.historylink.org/index.cfm?DisplayPage=output.cfm&file_id=734 (they say 359, but that bus does not exist unless it's a Express for the 358?) Anyhoo, chances are, we"ll run into each other, I have a feeling we know the same crowd or awesome people at that bar. I have good memories of the Turf, but when they used to be in the old Johnny Rockets location. I would go with my grandpa and the waitress would make me milkshakes. Definitely tops in my book. morton
Is seattle tattoo friendly when it comes to jobs? I would say that probably more so than a lot of other places in the country. Now a days however Seattle is not too friendly in terms of jobs in general but again I am sure it is worse elsewhere.
{OneSevenNine.com}
Moving in near pikes soon. Not by choice so i can not change that.. Gimme something to do around these parts. I have no friends and know nothing about this city. Dont need the friends just need the shit to do.. Art Walk on Capitol Hill every 2nd Thursday (manana) Art Walk in Belltown every second Friday of every month (this Friday) I suggest stopping bu Juju and The Whisky Bar. The Seattle Hostel has it's opening, go check out he rooms, they are amazing. Art Walk in Pioneer Square every 1st Thursday. Bum around Capitol Hill and people watch at Cal Anderson. They do Dodgeball there in the tennis courts. 358 is absolute Grime Factor. And yes Bryson, the man with the samurai sword ended up getting straight shot, not shot with a bean bag like they should have. Seattleites were in an uproar over the whole episode since he was mentally deranged. Southshore swimming pool is where we took swimming lessons. BRYSO DISCO
did you go to Mercer? we're probably related or something... we probably have more shared experiences such as eating at that little burger stand on Beacon across from what is now Seattle Supermarket. The burger stand used to be called Pal's I think.. I loved that place when I was little. also loved my neighborhood mini-marts: Young's Market & Aloha Mart. Aloha has heat lamp chicken, jojo's & corndogs. ahh... south beacon hill. there have been a few samurai incidents in seattle. there was one near Roosevelt and that guy got shot, but the guy downtown just got hosed down with water and pinned to the ground with a fire ladder (you should watch the video)... anyone remember when we hosted the fucking GOODWILL GAMES?!
