The students told police that they asked 53-year-old Dean Richard Mark if he wanted to be untied, and he answered "no," according to the Tahoe Daily Tribune. Smiley, who fails to smile in his mug shot, allegedly told police "What's wrong with a man driving home naked. It's not against the law." Smiley was arrested for driving under the influence. Orville Lee Wollard, a 53-year-old man with no criminal record, fired a revolver in his home to scare his daughter's 17-year-old boyfriend. The bullet stuck in the wall and no one was harmed. Police arrested the pastor after a sting operation that led them to allegedly finding 6.6 grams of crack in White's hotel room and 6.5 grams in a body cavity, according to an affidavit quoted in the Fort Wayne News Sentinel. The Reverend is known for hosting the Gospel Train Unity Inspirational Hour, a radio show. Christopher J. Gray was allegedly selling drugs on Craigslist, via a classified ad that read, "420 help Is here!" Apparently, even Massachusetts police are hip enough to know "420" is slang for getting high. Detectives say they contacted Gray through the ad, met him in a parking lot, and sold them a bad of marijuana for $45. Gray allegedly told an undercover officer, "I trust you. You look normal," according to the Patriot Ledger. Dauwalder faces felony DUI charges, after allegedly pulling into a parking lot in Great Falls, Montana, asking if anybody wanted to smoke marijuana, and driving in circles, "counting the laps," according to charges. Officers confronted Dauwalder at a gas station, where he allegedly shouted he was "drunk as hell." His blood alcohol level allegedly measured at .176, twice the state's legal limit.
