Esteban Carpio, Providence's finest

Dude killed an old lady, then while in custody bodied a pig and escaped out the 3rd floor window. Was on the run for a few hours before a taxi driver turned him in, and then that's what he looked like when they brought him to court

If I recall correctly he is wearing the mask because he had a problem spitting on cops. Also heard from a friend working at Butler that he chewed his mattress to shreds.

Todd Marcum of Oregon allegedly put electric dog collars on his children "because he thought it was funny," according to a Salem police officer.

Each of the children -- ages 3, 6, 8, and 9 -- were shocked at least once, according to a police report quoted in the Statesman Journal.

It is believed that the collars, powered by a 9-volt battery, don't provide a large enough jolt to seriously hurt a human. Still, Marcum was taken to Marion County Jail and will face four fellon counts of criminal mistreatment. The children were taken to their mother.
