So I bought a really cheap airfare to the United States of America in order to look at some graff , hopefully catch up with some Oontzer’s and generally have an all round somewhat drunken country line dancin’ good time! Figured since it was summer California was in order as well as some of the northen cities on the east coast so here are some pics. Last time I was here I was with my bird and it was no fun tryiong to be impressed with shopping while dying to go paint so not painting wasn’t an option this time so it was planned for graff hiking drinking preferably chasing cute younger cougars round a TGI Fridays somewhere where they still think Aussie accents are sexy. The kids in boston who took me out, Bahara and Andrew in new york, beautiful swiss girl who wouldn’t fuck me in central park. Flight fron Sydney uneventful thanks to some extra strong painkillers my sister brought back from Thailand so after a mandatory cig break at SFO I was off into town by cab hit the hostel at Mason and O’farrel only a second storey room so I could hear everything going on….. seriously the sign which I liked for it’s 50’s charm. I couldn’t check into the hotel so I kicked about a little bit ate burger king at the cable car stop and watched crazies yell at people. Went on the hunt for paint which took me miles up to Dick Blick before the guy there pointed 1 am gallery/shop out to me which was handy for me headed down to 1 am but it was closed so took a few graff snaps (was still pretty peeked on all the bums at this stage. sadly the only king 157 I saw unfinished Twick which was pretty nice big throw ups ten years ago my mate sent me this exact photo as well so I had to catch a snap of this MQ some rooftops Then I was able to check in and killed a little more time snoozing at the hostel and headed to Chinatown for food Saw these stylish handstyles on the way 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Building on way to House of Nanking saw Alloy and Ikso got shafted over dinner the guidebooks all say “get the waiter to recommend you something if you don’t know all the food is great” The waiter decided I was an Australian dog so he got me a plate of pedigree chum with pineapple chunks it was fucking rancid. I wanted to go down to san leandro tracks but she said it was alittle hectic down there at the moment so we didn’t wnet back to her place and checked her black books. dropped this in the back of the weakest one because she had so many big names in her books after living in new york most of her life! Then she drove me down to lake merit where I made the pleasing discovery that college girls sometimes do where that awesome short shorts long socks combo while exercising (no photos but you know exactly what I mean) Then headed into downtown to go to bastille day celebrations which weren’t really all that French considering they were: In an English bar On the edge of Chinatown In san Francisco America, At least they knew how to have a good time and with the aid of two French chicks from my hostel and French flag we made a lot of friends.Photos end here because I got too drunk and on way home walked past my hostel deep into the tenderloin which was not where I should have been walking with my Ipod on. Schnitzel Posted September 15, 2009 Author Share Posted September 15, 2009 woke up next day stressing about nightmares of being poked and grumbling that my bed wasn’t comfy to discover I’d slept in my clothes and tipped these in my bed. swept them out and slept till 1 in the afternoon then failed hard on MOMA (it was closed) the comic centre (spotted my camera so No pics) Amtrak ( the chick was pretty fucking useless) A comic book shop (what I wanted wasn’t yet out). So only four photos from this day wanted to jump in this because I was hungover and it was hot but figured it wouldn’t go down well so headed to the liquor store to get an eye opener then went to in’n’out burger then more beers. Schnitzel Posted September 15, 2009 Author Share Posted September 15, 2009 Next day had to get up early because I was going to Yosemite (sorry Spectr didn’t have time in the end but thanks for advice on hiking etc) breakfast chilli con carne omelette which was possibly a bad choice considering all the rubbish I’d eaten decals on a beater made out of specially cut duct tape Missed getting a pic of the homeless guy lying on the sidewalk near the on ramp to the bay bridge jerking off without a care in the world Entering the mountains second photo of schnitz in the entire trip to this point Elcapitan in the distance massive waterfalls or at least really tall ones these rock faces were fucking huuuuge! walking up to Vernal Falls this litte champ kept me company for a minute at the base of the falls still going up this water was pounding over the top and it was cooold! IIF’s mate got so wrecked he slept sitting up on the couch. We made sure the dog was pretty tired by making it chase tennis balls around for hours Next day heading to reno to meet the crew! Got my stuff headed to inkfaces to be greeted by the breakfast of champions Poor little fella was pretty tired and sore the next (day Visitors to the pets thread should know who he is:) on the roof got in the ride and hit a traffic jam near Davis I Think it was hot really hot hit reno met up with Suki etc had awful awful and saw a guy pull a gun on some kids in the main street. think this is the casino we went in I don’t gamble so no free drinks for me…….. then it was all back to Suki’s with 18 packs of TeeKate’s The pugs got hyped!
