CALIgula
I know, I know...no graffiti on channel zero, but im curious to know what you guys think about them spending the money to buff this, when california is obviously in debt. discuss. (and, yes, i know old news rocks) http://la.metblogs.com/2009/09/04/sabers-world-famous/ http://www.cloutonline.com/?q=node/3555 http://www.theworldsbestever.com/2009/09/04/sabers-la-river-piece-gets-buffed/ http://animalnewyork.com/2009/09/sabers-la-river-painting-gets-rolled-over/
Swindle
waste of taxpayers money. gross waste. doesn't L.A have more important things to pool its money into? i mean its not like they have a reputation for gang capital of the country or anything. Schnitzel
sad but shit happens. I saw it from the the plane flying into LAX two years ago so I'll count myself as lucky. it was practically faded away but what's super annoying is that it looks like they didn't do it properly he needs a fire extinguisher and a barrel of black paint to redress this issue. CALIgula
yeah..theres so many other things they could have spent the money on, it just seems stupid to buff it. do you guys think they will buff that huge mta too?
Swindle
they are already buffing the MTA. thats why i thought it was weird they were buffing the saber piece as well. especially some museum in LA got saber to do some piece on their reconstruction of the river.
