What I mean by that is, have him preach to the children on a monthly/weekly/daily basis. Occasionally speaking to children about pursuing an education, and of course his life story of the American dream to help motivate children would do nothing but probably inspire a bunch of kids while everyone else takes the opportunity to fuck around. As far as him handling issues, I think he is. I don't agree with him, but he is attacking things as they come.
