People with histrionic personality disorder are constant attention seekers. They need to be the center of attention all the time, often interrupting others in order to dominate the conversation. They use grandiose language to discribe everyday events and seek constant praise. They may dress provacatively or exaggerate illnesses in order to gain attention. They even state at the top, "this test is not meant to be used as a diagnostic tool. Only a trained professional can properly diagnose a personality disorder." This was after I tried to convince them that I was completely normal and they should release me. I guess even when trying my hardest to be a regular person, I still have issues. It's all yes or no. Like how you might be one way in certain situations or around certain people, but be completely different in other situations and around other types of people. Shit aint as black and white as this test seems to think. Plus it got me all wrong. Probably because I refused to answer the questions that I didn't have an absolute answer for.
