Construction management is not a bad route either. As I posted before I'm applying to grad schools for architecture and construction management. Construction management is and easier degree and almost certainly will make me more money, but then again I'm also trying to get amy dream job doing sculpture for a movie studio that wont open for year. My heads all over the place.

sarcasm's on point with the niche shit, there's no point doing something that anyone can do. as fare as the construction management route that really is something I'd prefer not to do as my dad is a construction manager, yeah he makes shit loads $$$$ and does specialize in green technology and tiltup construction but i'd just feel as if im copying him.

funnily enough my dad is a "mastermind" or INTP (same as viperface) and likes to compare him self to Hannibal Hannibal Lecter, i agree that it's only a guide based on past experience and just because i im an architect/ intp doesn't mean i should become an architect.

i just googled intp carrers and architect didn't even come up on the partictulare page i was on. what did is

* Scientist/biologist/physicist/chemist

* Engineer

* Marketing specialist

* Artist/actor

* Consultant

* Manager

* Human Resources

* Project manager

* Teacher

and none of those really sound that fun, most of them don't sound that bad just not as fun as perhaps architecture. another career path i was thinking of taking is console engineering, i really don't know what its meant to be called but i was thinking of specializing in dj mixers and midi controllers/ synthesizers. i think my main motive for this is the never ending amount of dj mixers and midi controllers/ synthesizers but fuck it would kick ass. and if sarcasm's write about the 7 career's why do both console engineer and architect plus a few others for good measure, hell i got the time

*i think wu-tang should employ viperface full time to find kungfu quotes

for you to puruse a career specializing in creating/working w/ dj mixers and synthesizers, you would for all intensive purposes need to follow a degree in electrical engineering. those types of devices utilize basic electical circuitry which you'll pretty much learn the first couple years of actual engineering classes. i know cuz i'm an EE. seen it, done it, not that interesting.. i'm sure there are speciality schools who may promote being a sound/music engineer.. but all that really is, is being at the controls adjusting the tones, pitches, or wutever they do.

fyi.. varying sound- such as synthesized sounds - requires adjusting the frequency that pitch is being processed at.. all that really is, electrical engineering wise, is programming a microprocessor to check the output and comparing it to the input, and adjusting the frequency of the signal. that and a few circuitry components u can literally buy at radio shack and fry's will allow you to do this. (check the diy blogs out there, im can almost guarantee someone's done this as a hobbie) but i'm pretty sure, companies like Bose and who ever makes dope dj equipment has done tons of research in imporving these things - or at least the asian kid who sat next to you in math is doing that for a living now

yeah i studied music production last year, was a fucking sweet course. smoked joints every lunch break. and got to use some pretty neat equipment. one of the components was a fixing equipment and wires, every one complained about using soldering irons but i found it quiet fun and constructive one of the reasons why i felt like studying architecture was so i could exercise the visual parts of my brain

that considered, sounds like industrial/product design could be more up your alley.

personally, I've been taking a huge interest in furniture design, which will probably become a long time hobby if nothing else. I enjoy the emphasis on craftsmanship and is far more intimate than designing a building in that you can actually build it yourself.

fuck man i saw the most amazing furniture design show at the local art gallery a few weeks ago. i might swing past tomorrow and catch some flix for you guys to have a look. it was the first exhibition to which i feel really maid an impact , except for a picture of st petersberg at night which came with a Russian exhibition, the detail was fucking crazy and has literately tattooed my brain

i went to the art gallery today and was well disappointed, they'd replaced to the exhibition with petrol inspired dot paintings..... yes i was MAD.

however i did find some things in the permanent section i which i found quiet cool and fitted the category to some extent

I was thinking about going to school for this too. The pay is great and you get to impress alot of people. But the solitary of it all would keep me away. You don't get to see many people, and when you do it's usually not to your benefit.

Thats ironic coming from a radiologist!!
