delonemonkey Posted August 11, 2009 Share Posted August 11, 2009 For real what judge in all the tri cities is gonna be like "I'll hear your accusation of entrapment for this misdemeanor weed charge" if you got busted for being a dumb ass and pulling your weed out, you're probably too dumb to know a good lawyer this. You would look like an idiot trying to even fight it when its completly your own fault. best thing would just be to take the fine, which is still pretty gay. but i didnt mean to show the officer my weed he made me!
