http://www.vintagebmx.com is better than museum....jk They are both great sites. Lots of tech info and old school flapping of the jaws.

Tree ride on Marshall in Winston?

NC State Tucker Beach. We used to have that spot clayed out, but time and school maintenance have not been good to her since I stopped going to school there.

That's Capitol City during the track rebuild looking at what is now the fourth straight. We just rebuilt the track again. I'll get flicks eventually and send them to you.

Word. The tree ride here is still golden. And that track looks like the last time I raced Woodbridge. Never been to cap city.

Specialised Fatboy 415

(loved flatland) built up a Standard Tao customized ran me $1200

All my crew road street so i switched to a Standard Trails 250 which I miss to this day...some kid in Jersey has it now....

I then went straight Flatland again and got a Dragonfly Motion makes Motion frame capable of 12.5 inch back end...awesome control. Upgraded to a zero degree front end.but been too busy to ride this past year... although i dropped a pretty penny for my specialized Roubaix road bike which i always ride at least 3 times a week..

i have a similar set up. 24" wheels, susp fork.

but i want to get rid of it and get a real bmx setup. not sure if i wanna go 24" cruiser(new dk cruiser or subrosa cruiser) or just get a straight up 20"

never rode a little bike before.

bmx heads, are 24" cruisers even worth it? ive heard the old dk general sherman had problems with barspins b/c the wheel would hit feet on pedals.

im not super tall, but i just think the cruiser would be more comfortable

The problem for me is that I'm a pretty big guy and 20" bikes ride/feel/look ridiculous when I'm riding them. 24" bikes don't seem to work well, either...if you can do it when you're my size (6' 225 lb) then great, but I need a 26" to feel comfortable doing jumps, street tricks and whatnot.

The Haro is a nice out the door package for the money. I could definitely build a nicer bike but it would cost at least $500 more than what the Haro goes for.

i "had"

a chrome Kuwahara, but in those days the E.T. movie "cheesed" it up a little

having one, for me anyway so i traded it for a schwinn predator.

good frame swap actually.

got rid of the skyway cause i didn't like how thin some of the tubes were.

several diamond backs later-

chrome trickstar restoration is in my near future.

yes i still have it.

all geared up too.

REDLINE FLIGHT CRANKS

SKYWAY TUFF 2's

HUTCH STEM

HUTCH SEATPOST CLAMP

HUTCH "MIKE DOMINGUEZ BARS

ACS ROTOR

that's the bike all my "trading" of random parts lead up to.

never got my other dream-bike, pk ripper loop-tail,

oh well , got 1 from my dream list.

***extra credit:

I REMEMBER WHEN THE FIRST FRONT BRAKE MOD THROUGH THE STEM CAME ABOUT.

THE ORIGINAL NAME FOR THAT IS THE -

"POTTS-MODIFICATION"

THEN THE REAR BRAKE WITH THE ACS "ROTOR" THEN THE ODDESSEY VERSION.

HELL I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT BRANDS YOU GUYS HAVE AVAILIBLE TO YOU NOWADAYS?

(or maybe i'll get clowned for saying the word "brake" ?!?!) LOL

PEACE-
