fishsticks
Eastern grim reaper frames are so sketchy. I have seen too many at vegas skateparks just snap.
soul vice
Eastern in general sucks. I work at a shop and for a while most of the Easterns we got in had an issue (bent forks, shot freewheels, bent/scratched frames)
R@ndomH3ro
Easterns are weak at the seat tube, I have seen some snap on jumps...evil evil shit. I am got a great deal today on a rear wheel MacNeil Cassette Hub laced to an Aliennation 440 rim = 60bucks shipped Awesome, those MacNeil hubs alone are 140 bucks and up
fishsticks
I rode an eastern for a while and never experienced any problems, but I didn't really ride hard, I was just more of a flow rider with ocassional tricks here and there. And right now I'm riding the profile totem rear hub, I'm a loyal customer to profile, I have only blown out one hub, but then again it was 4 years old. mackfatsoe
Is it a thing in BMX riding to try and get as close to hitting people without hitting them as you can? Just seems kind of dickish.
R@ndomH3ro
Um no...I have seen that kind of antics more in tight pants hipster fixed gear vids Most bmx vids I see guys doing sessions and lines with no one around one of my favorite edits

They did not. :( On another note, any one know of a good site to help me figure out the make and model of a BMX? no stickers or stamps besides the (serial?) number stamped under the bottom bracket. Thanks.
