Just because someone looks mentally disabled doesn't mean they aren't a fully functioning person. There are plenty of people out there with mental disabilities who are incredibly smart or completely normal besides one or two aspects. If the girls was actually very mentally challenged and doesn't have a general understanding of life, i'll agree that it is kinda weird for a normal guy to be pursuing her, just because it seems like he is taking advantage of the situation. but for all you know the guy was mentally handicapped too and just didn't have any telltale physical signs. I happened to have this discussion with my girlfriend before and it seemed to be almost coincidence that it happened yesterday. but it poses a debate.
