Statrick
how convenient that Micheal Jackson died just as they were rushing this crazy bill through. the sad thing is i'd be willing to bet 95% of the people who voted on it didn't even read the whole thing, or any of it at that matter. YouMad.GIF
See the hilariously ingenious thing is that this assumes there is an accurate method of measuring, capping, and punishing corporations who surpass their carbon emission units! I can totally see the fine per unit of excess being as much as the cost of a unit, so corporations will have no need to follow this at all this gives companies a justification for raising service costs and passing them on to the consumers... Did anyone bother to check how completely unenforceable this really is ?
