how does this matter, theo?

i have also heard him say something

a little different than this. he went into

detail about the gulf of tonkin and other

state sponsored acts to get the u.s. involved

in wars, etc.

also, i'd like this more in context. just a short clip

doesn't really do the interview justice.

*insert sound of caseks head exploding -here-*

dude, i really don't care if he supports the truth movement or not. it's not why i follow him.

i do know he supports an independent investigation. that's pretty cool, but not the object of the game. the object of the game is to get liberty lovers into office and restore the republic.

Of course he is going to say that.

Did you honestly expect anything different?

Ya, Ron Paul announces his utter support for 9/11 truthers. Do you know how quickly he would get destroyed?

C'mon.

I'm not even saying he truly does support it. Like Casek said he has said in the past that he supports an independent investigation, which is a lot more then most other politicians and public officers are willing to say.

I also agree with Casek on, the reason why I believe and support Ron Paul has nothing to do with his opinion on what caused 9/11 it is how we have dealt with things since that day. He has been on point with what was going to happen since the day after 9/11 when he addressed Congress.

Check out the speech. It's pretty good.

Jesse Ventura is a major public figure and he has suggested that 9/11 may have been an inside job. I have not seen him "destroyed".

But you're suggesting Ron Paul is lying to protect his own hide? I thought one major facet that Ron Paul supporters always championed about him was that he did not act like a politician and only gave the facts, truth, and spoke his mind regardless if it effected his political standing or not. And now you're accusing him of lying and acting like a politician.

ventura is a neat dude. he suggests it be looked into more. the demolitions he did for the seals leads him to believe that something was very wrong about that day. i agree.

ron paul hasn't ever come out and said "inside job". i don't think he's ever come out right and said "inside job", but he has pointed out a lot of inconsistencies with the official story and said over and over he supports an independent investigation.

it's ok, theo. this isn't a character destroyer.

i think the guy means what he said. i dont think he is lying at all. most of his circle doesnt believe in the 9/11 truth movement either, including lew rockwell, tom woods, tom dilorenzo, peter schiff, etc. that doesnt mean that they all dont support an investigation.

i think ron paul and the 'truth' movement are two entirely different movements. a lot of the 'truthers' just tend to have an over lap into the political ideology of freedom. for instance, if you listen to alex jones and you hear him talk about his actual political philosophy and not the bilderberg group, etc. he says he believes in just about everything ron paul says.

 It's funny how you assume everyone who disagrees with you is a rabid obama-phile. You're wrong to assume this, and you come off as a fanatic. Get down off your soapbox.

^Well that just doesn't have much bearing on what I said at all. It's nice to see that you take yourself so seriously though. Keep educating the populace, we've almost reached critical mass! Pro-tip: shades of gray are all the rage these days, start thinking about them. You probably won't understand what I mean by that.

What are you requesting a link for?

The speech?

_________

Anyway I was wrong. I thought it was the day after, however he addressed Congress first on the 12th than again on the 14th. They are both shorter speeches that I had forgotten about.

The one I was actually referring to actually took place on Sept. 25th. Which you can find here... http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2001/cr092501.htm

Another really good one is a "Sad State of Affairs". Which took place on October 15th.

You can find the rest of his addresses to Congress for that year here... http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/welcome2001.htm

Truth movement.

Awesome moniker...

It's a more exciting and action packed truth! Government operatives, assassinations of thousands of civilians by shadowy figures controlling the world. It's a great story. Kind of like the bible. Someone should make a Hollywood action flick about this whole 9-11 conspiracy, it would be like The Day After Tomorrow with cooler villains. If Heston was still alive he would be a perfect hero. Maybe John Voight's available?

cuzx nobody gives a fuck what a wrestler has to say, theres alot of people waiting for Ron to fuck up an use it as ammo against him. cant believve you would say "Jesse Ventura" and the concept of credibility in the same vein. the guy is a distraction, the same thing as the Governator, its like throwing a smoke bomb in a room and grabbin a girls tit. Everyone thinks they understand whats happnin, but theres tit grabbin goin on that you dont know about.

Lastly, Ron Paul isnt lying hes just not admitting to something that will get him in trouble, thats politics. get used to it
