And "Young Turks" is a play on words, "The Young Turks" were a progressive revolutionary movement in Turkey which later became used in pop culture to refer to any group that is progressive/liberal. The show is progressive/liberal and the host happens to be Turkish, and most there are under 40 and some under 30, which is relatively "young" in the world of political punditry. But something that annoys me about nearly all american punditry/opinion/satirical programmes is how rigidly partisan they are. They often just sound like party mouthpieces. Kucinich is one of the few true liberals/progressives in Congress and it's great to see him hit Republicans with the truth.
