If he didnt come up with the money in time he would still be in there. Surprisingly he said it wasnt the worst jail he'd been to, but it was overcrowded with something like 30 people to a cell. When I came too I was in a police station, the cops recognized the name of my contact in town and told me to chill out while they got a hold of them. They had me chill at a bar in the police station, no shit they had a fucking little bar set up there and I was just hanging having a beer and sobering up a little while they made phone calls and shit to get me to my hosts house. That one was awesome, but I too yakked up to pay much attention I would never wanna go to jail in a place like NY or LA, nevermind fucking Indonesia or Panama I'll stick to the RI ACI for my incarciration needs (knock on wood, hopefully never again).
