If I don't exercise and watch what I eat I get fat. But I do train and eat smart, so I'm thick and strong. I'm not going to sit here and talk what I've lifted with my legs or my chest but save to say that with basic training I can put most of y'all steroid munching ripped kids to shame with what I can push out. Fortunately due to my army days I can aslo run, swim and hump a 40 kilo pack for days on end and still go out and put the schooners away like they were made for me that night.
