Former Geto Boy faces 20 years for wire fraud charge May 18, 2009, 1:35 PM EST MSN Entertainment Former Geto Boy Willie D. (William Dennis) was arrested and charged with wire fraud on May 13 after allegedly posing as an electronics salesman on eBay and taking payment for iPhones that he never actually delivered, according to the Houston Press. According to reports, Dennis directed clients interested in buying the phones to complete the transactions via email, where he had their money siphoned into his bank account. He then sent the clients fake tracking numbers for their new phones. When his clients began to complain that their products had not arrived, Dennis told customers that the problem lay in a U.S. Postal service error and that he had filed claims with U.S.P.S., the paper says. He was arrested at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston last week. The Houston-based rap group Geto Boys originally formed in 1986 and went on to achieve a degree of notoriety in the early '90s after their label decried their choice to include a track about necrophilia with a murder victim on the album that was eventually self-titled and released by a different label in 1990. Their second release, "We Can't Be Stopped," famously featured a cover image of group member Bushwick Bill being wheeled into an emergency room with a mangled eye after a shootout with his girlfriend.
