Its all about that Breyer's natural vanilla bean jumpoff. Am I the only one around who kind of correlates vanilla as being the base flavor for all other flavors? Just kind of makes sense.

we get free MEGATUBS of icecream at work, but you're totally at the mercy of what the dickhead arab is going to give you at the camp kitchen, but my favourites when he's not in a superdick mood are chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate fudge brownie, cookies n cream n/h, and tigertail cos nobody eats it and all the orange sherbet is mine


strawberry frozen yogurt is great too but that hardly ever happens

Two of my best friends (one of which is my roommate) both work at Ben & Jerry's. Personally I don't care for ice cream all that much, but females tend to enjoy that hook up ha

I've made a lot of ice cream over the years and it all starts out as a sweet cream base (40% butterfat industrial cream and cane sugar). Vanilla is probably my favorite flavor but sweet cream base is pretty damn good on its own...ironically vanilla is one of the hardest flavors to get right, so I like to use glycerin based extracts since they're much more neutral. You can use McCormick's, but it's really easy to end up with a funky/boozy tasting batch if you overdo it (and overdoing it is adding as little as a half-teaspoon too much).


Some flavors I've made and enjoyed were vanilla lavender, fresh peach, fresh strawberry, Mexican chocolate with cinnamon, spearmint, anise, rose, and creme brulee.


Making ice cream is pretty simple if you get a eutectic setup (the kind you stick in the freezer overnight) with a hand-crank. I've only used a rock salt/electric setup a couple times and even though the ice cream came out well it was a pain in the ass. The trick to making good ice cream is to remember that the key ingredient is air. Without air, you end up with a popsicle. The longer you mix it, the more air gets stirred in...it increases the volume but the end result is not going to be as dense. What I make is really gelato because the batches are usually around one to two quarts and they don't keep too long..,they'll get icy since there's no stabilizers like carrageenan added. The best policy is to make an amount you know that can be eaten in a couple days.

You know when you go out and get your grub on, eat well and such, but then you just have to go for the ice cream to top it off= mud butt on the way, ice cream got you crapping soft serve and shit.

Ice cream and the like is best for eating off a hot naked girl, or having her eat it off you.
