Never realized how much sugar some of that stuff contained. Also, whenever I have that one night or so a week where I'm oontzing at like four in the morning I see more random lurkers than ever. Its all High Fructose Cornsyrup which is even worse for you then sugar. Sugar you can digest fast, HFC you will never digest and it will make you fat.
