the dark horse Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 you should have an eviction demolition party. those are the best. breaking things, writing on things, smashing windows, etc. one time at one of those i broke bathroom pipes with a guitar and the shit flooded. nah that's actually a bad idea probs. you can only get away with that at a crumbling old punk house with a slumlord you wanna stick it to. we did this at my last crib. my roommates were late on the rent repeatedly, and we got the boot. so we smashed the fucking place up. im surprised the landlord lived through the heart attack he mustve had when he finally ended up getting the place back... i had a court date for this but i skipped it (luckily it got postponed) ..... however, that was about a year ago. havent got any warrants that i know of yet. just a nasty scar on my arm from punching a window out on that fateful day.....
