Next thing you know dude went cb4 and got thug life tattoo's and made up the gangster persona. Then a record company exec had him on yo MTV raps showing off his new tattoo in a co hosting the show type of promo interview. Supermarketable status to all the white teens in suburbia but not really keeping things real. I just can't respect that kind of 360 image upgrade, if you can rhyme good cool, guns arefor pussy's anyway. That whole era after hammer fell off reduced hip hop's variety and ended any chance for real mc's to run the show. I associate tupac with that whole gangsta marketing campaign of the 90's.
