Asshat
Where do you draw the line between hella flush negative camber and broken ball joint looking negative camber... You draw the line at "either way it should be fixed because it looks fucking retarded" :D

Guest
What does 'do not top off' mean? dont keep pumping gas after the pump tells you to stop. some people will try to fill their tank as much as possible "top it off". theyre worried about overflow. fumes from fuel spilled on the ground, the air, and an ignition source - BOOM
theprotester
Ah I see, sort of assumed that. Never seen the sign before, family was in the fuel industry for 70 years - hence my interest. I always rock my car to try and get that little bit extra down the gooseneck - pretty hard with the suspension I'm running now though. Cheers for the clarification. Uzzi 9mm
Whats the point of this shit? Grille to extract radiator heat with a scoop behind it that take heated air back into engine bay:confused:
Eyar
Big scoop on the hood is for the intercooler. Sti's have top mount intercoolers, owners usually move them to the front later on.
theprotester
You see that set up on rally cars with V mount intercooler + radiator patterns. If you have a look you can see the angled intercooler poking out behind the numberplate. Probably kept the scoop purely for aesthetics. Guest
all the rice rockets in my area have those. fuck i have seen one that extends the entire width of the car. No more brind spots my accord(bone stock automatic) has a massive blind spot over my left shoulder since this thing is bowed it eliminates all of it. ive seen the ones that go across the whole windshield in a couple baja bugs, too shaky. mine isnt at all. clips right over the stock mirror. my bad for the delayed response, didnt catch the end of the last page. Removing those stickers are the only way that car is getting any cleaner..... What's your view of "clean" that green BMW looks like a joke with that stupid ass wing on it FUNCTION>FORM it's a track car, not a show car. theprotester
Dodgy tyre fitments, phillips head screw holding plastic flared guards... just not me. If we were all the same it'd be pretty fuckin' boring though.

Thats right, see how the JUN wrx has no scoop to take waste heat or air pressure back into the engine bay. Why would you want to put more static pressure into the engine bay? It only equals less transfer across your radiator, inter cooler, oil cooler etc. Definitely for looks, not the biggest fan though. Apart from engine choice, That is clean. Didnt this go up for sale?
