CALIgula
Just googled it...yeah, it's him..."life is beautiful" and "tiger and the snow" are my favorite movies he starred in...guess i have to check out down by law too.
One Man Banned
I will say the 80s really were great for comedies, some great word play and sight gags that is sorely missing these days. Naked Gun and the Airplane! movies are good examples. Dragnet. Spies Like Us. Lot of good ones. Think these guys just got honored or a lifetime award or something.
CALIgula
Not even just comedies but dramas and horror films too. I think the 80s (and to a large extent the 90s) had the best movies ever.

Fist 666
Holy shit this was NOT a comedy, even calling it a "dark comedy" seems inaccurate. Awesome, but not what the previews lead me to believe

Ko SprueOne
tulip fever Not disappointed "Not disappointed" But worth seeing though? or wait until it's at the local public library on DVD to see it?
theprotester
I didn't pay so take from it what you will. It's a bit love story focussed but there was enough of the tulip craziness to keep me there.
One Man Banned
O M B, what's your opinion on this one? Full disclosure I've enjoyed Banksy for quite some time before the whole world discovered him. It's short, and I found it interesting. True to his style of humor this is an entire documentary featuring his work, but it's not really about him. He's not in the movie, you see some of his work, hear a little about how he got some of it up without being noticed, but the underlying theme of the movie really isn't about him. It's about all these people trying to preserve his work for museums and shit, and the question of whether you should try to preserve something not really meant to be permanent, and should you try to take something of and by the streets and place that in a gallery. Lastly, they follow one guy with his preserved Banksy trying to put it into a museum for all to see. But- despite the piece being worth some coin, museums don't want a piece that's not authenticated, and Banksy doesn't sign his work= dilemma. I didn't feel like it wasted my time to watch it. Risk and Revok make appearances to express opinions, as do Doze and Glen Friedman, among others.

One Man Banned
Meh. Great movie to take your daughter to, or maybe your date. Gal Gadot is easy on the eyes. But... watched this in the past week and is overall quite forgettable, no match at all for a Dark Knight, Wolverine, Capt America, etc.
Ko SprueOne
I saw this on a date with Mrs. KoSprue. Did you notice the Joan of Arc story parallels?
