Not sure what I was expecting but it was bang average to be honest. It’s not often I check my watch in the cinema to figure out how long I have until something ends but this was one of those times 😂
Kults
And three hours long?! Way self indulgent. They really need to start chilling on the 2+ hour long
MrSirius
@Kultswatched Wolfen this weekend and enjoyed it. Great shots of old New York. also watched rollerball (1975) and a boy and his dog (1975) a boy and his dog is sooo fucking out there lol it’d been better w/o the dog
Kults
Loved boy and his dog such a classic post apocalyptic movie. Most people assume Mad Max was the first one in that vein, everyone always forgets BahD. Ya Wolfen is just cool, really feel the grit and danger of 80s nyc they did a great job making it feel oppressive and dangerous

Fist 666
Spiderman into the spiderverse. Enjoyed it. Silly slap tag and rap letter shit in it, but it reminded me of the Spiderman cartoons of youth. Hell or High Water This was fucking great. Bridges is the man. 1 1

NightmareOnElmStreet
@KILZ FILLZ @Lorne_Malvo For some wild reason I still haven't seen either of these. Quite the embarrassment for a guy like me. They are on the line up for the month. I usually do this shit where I ONLY watch horror related tv and movies for the entire month of October. It gets pretty weird at the end. Feels like you're going a little crazy. Watched this last night. Not stoked. The direction wasn't at all what I expected and that was definitely part of the drag. I did however enjoy the blood bath part though. Real piranha like. Kinda too poorly lit to get that good practical effects massacre thing going. Guest
@NightmareOnElmStreetyea, I saw that turd in theaters. Aubrey Plaza did not feel like the right choice for that role.

One Man Banned
Have not seen Joker yet. Would like to, but in no rush. Until then, every time I see the trailer I can't help but feel Joaquin Phoenix is channeling some De Niro in there from Taxi Driver and Cape Fear. One Man Banned
I'm not even talking the story, like his look is pretty much Cape Fear
One Man Banned
Really, I don't give a fuck so long as the movie's good.
Lorne_Malvo
Went into it with really low expectations, not seen any reviews and tried to completely detach from the original and actually really enjoyed it, pissed I didn’t get off my ass and see it at the cinema cause I feel like it would’ve taken it from good to potentially great. abrasivesaint
Rocky Horror Picture Show. Had never seen it. Apparently it came with a live interactive performance.. it was something alright, ha.
STYLEISKING
low budget Netflix movie, one of Eddie/s better roles lately, but not really a good or funny film
