One thing that I do know is that the only genre that Iron Maiden should fall under should be "Music That Totally Fucking Shreds" Nothing else matters. I'm particularly fond of goblin metal, although more and more I find myself listening to wizard metal in the mornings and pizza metal in the evenings. But if you listen to those bands, they just sounds like heavy metal with super-fun-happy-solos. It's generic bullshit, really. Every song is about Lord of the Rings and has the same drumbeat.
