Think about the comedian on stage and some drunk heckler is trying his luck or a good ol' Roast. The internet provides an avenue that when someone says something stupid you can respond anonymously. If you take it serious and start getting all exasperated than your skin isn't thick enough. Personal threats and going to the extreme of looking up people's addresses and shit are weak, if people want to have a little go back and forth then it should stay there.
