HydrogenPeroxide Posted March 18, 2008 Author Share Posted March 18, 2008 this is also a really intresting insight into how the brain identifies living objects. how hard is it to look at how that thing moves, and not want to attribute animal characteristics to it? its kind of like how when you're watching a movie with a lot of CG you subltely pick up things that make you think it looks wrong. And if you think about it a bit more its the movement rather than the rendering that makes look fake. like i said in at the top, it looks organic. which makes me want to hit the scientists props button for taking inspiration from nature and double propsing them for getting it eerily right.
