Day starts shitty, can barely talk, can barely eat, throat feels like i drank napalm the night before, and then i got some random-ass call, and almost didn't pick it up thinking that i didn't have any minutes. Turns out the call was from a technical staffing firm telling me that "a prestigious cambridge university wants to hire you for their technical department (any staffing agency with-holds the name of the employer until the sit down interview)", hearing that it pays well, and then having your phone drop service RIGHT before you get the guy's number and schedule an interview.
