I just started taking Centrum multivitamins cause i know I my diet is shit and i need more vitamins. I also take Flaxseed pills, cause they have Omega-3's and it's supposed to help lower cholesterol. So hopefully it helps lower my shit when i go get my labwork done again this month. Probably going to start taking calcium pills as well 'cause centrum doesent provide that much of the DV%. Anyone take Omega-3 Fish Oil? I read on some of the bottles at the store "No fishy after taste". Wondering if you do get a fishy aftertaste. CALIgula Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 I take one Kirkland (costco) Daily multi vitamins and minerals... and one Kirkland Fish oil concentrate... there is no aftertaste to the fish oil.....only cheap brands have that after taste...but if you open the bottle and smell it....it does smell like fish. (I work in a health food store) I try to spread them throughout the day to maximize the absorption... occasionally take omega-3 in pill form.
