I tried making pizza on a full sized bagel earlier in the week using a large pepperoni to cover the hole (/nohomo?).  The sauce made the bagel soggy by the time it was hot enough to melt the cheese.  The idea was good, the execution was wrong.  Toast the bagel first if you intend to try this.  I'm not an expert in culinary arts  lol.
