Dirty_habiT Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 I tried making pizza on a full sized bagel earlier in the week using a large pepperoni to cover the hole (/nohomo?). The sauce made the bagel soggy by the time it was hot enough to melt the cheese. The idea was good, the execution was wrong. Toast the bagel first if you intend to try this. Drue_Down Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 I had that in a bar Chicago, it was awesome till the end. A week later I ordered it from a Chicago chain in AZ, but it was too dry. Next time I’ll need to order double beef with extra sauce. I’m heading back to Chicago next week, I’m definitely ordering that again.
