CALIgula Posted July 19, 2010 Share Posted July 19, 2010 i feel you on the whole sonic thing. we used to get commercials from sonic for like 6 or 7 years on a chicago station and we never had sonics around here....but about we finally got a sonic a few years back in a small town just outside of my city, like 15 minutes away. it was disappointing. even though their drinks and shakes are really really good (ocean water & coconut cream milkshake), their food tastes like crap.....especially the burgers. id rather have carls jr (or as you east coasters call it: hardees) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CALIgula Posted July 20, 2010 Share Posted July 20, 2010 we have two golden corrals here in sacramento, ca...one opened up about 3 years ago and the other one about 2 years ago.....ive been meaning to go, but havent gone yet. i heard its not that great either.....actually im kinda mad about the opening of the 2nd one. the location of the 2nd one was the location of an adult movie theater...they had one huge screen and showed pornos on it...i took a couple girls there...but then the city passed an ordinance and they had to close it and tear it down...now its just a golden corral...still a shitty neighborhood though.
