IF YOURE COMPARING A SINGLE STACK 1911 .45 TO A HI CAP 9MM GLOCK YOURE RETARDED.

HONESTLY, A SHOTGUN AND AND GLOCK ARE NUMBER 1 AND NUMBER 2.

GO FROM THERE.

hahah wow i sound like a moron drunk...

1911's are amazing guns, in every sense except i think as a daily carry pistol.

glocks great guns, almost as reliable as a wheel gun and "the barrel bends bro!" how cool is that shit?

and to actually add something to the guy i was originally replying to, i dont know if its been said but dont buy a tec9 ever, ever...

pieces of crap.

i really liked my springfield xd .45acp full size.

mac10 machine pistols are amazing.

You goddamned lucky Mericans!!!! lol if only I could go any get a real bushmaster for $600.

I would go with .40 S&W double stacked glock, I have had one and they are great.

My browning hi-power is loaded for home intrusions, it has a wing safety and is half-cocked. so within seconds Im sending hollow points out.

any of you fella's have a Swiss Arms AR?

picked up a good condition used g30(sub-compact .45acp) for $400

comes with one 10rnd mag that has the pearce grip

on it plus two 13rnd mags, which is exactly what i want

for concealed carrying. the 10rnd in the gun while concealed

with the two 13rnd mags in a double magazine holster

now i gotta drop some $$$ on some .45 in federal HST

and some good holsters. damn guns are expensive...

nice purchase.

yup, whenever you get a new caliber, you need to spend as much as the firearm its self on ammo. and as much as or more than the cost of the firearm on good glass (if appropriate)

Anyone know a good website for good hand gun prices.. looking to get a glock but not sure on the specific type or a good price range.. props given for good info..

guns and ammo puts retail pricing in their mags sometimes. dont know the frequency, but i think its all in their in the current issue

i'd check any of the auction sites, gun broker, auction arms, guns america, etc. this will give you a look at what the real market is. also dont forget if you are going to purchase from an out of state dealer, you'll need to factor in transfer/ffl fees into the price. often this makes those cheaper used or cheaper priced new guns online not at cheap. glockmeister.com probably has the best glock prices, but again, if you have to ship to your ffl, might be a different story.

there is also a place that sells used glocks for a song, but cant remember the name. you can probably find it in a quick google search
