that's ridiculous.

I thought glock mags were expensive, but those I can at least find cheap online, I can't find h&k mags cheap from any of my sites. Ridiculous.

finally found some mags for my FNP-9 in stock, $40 ea :(

owning a short lived, discontinued handgun is gonna suck if i ever need to find parts.

6 mags now so i should be ok with those.

also ordered some troy sights and my upper is on the way. :)

ordered a BCG today and a buddy said he has an extra charging handle i can have

just need a bunch of ammo and my iron sights to show up

edit- noob question, how far fwd should the bipod be mounted? right now when fully collapsed it clears the muzzle break. look about right?

first adjust your bipod to you in the prone position on level ground, so that it sits where you want for your sight picture at whatever range you're zeroing on.

then put it where ever feels good.

i wouldn't want the weight too far forward, but don't want it so far back that it forces the barrel up. i don't think there is a standard rule for this.

do what feels right, bnh.

Just speaking for myself, when I lived in the desert I was going every other weekend. With a group of 10-15 others. Mostly guys from work and their friends/kids. We would put about 200-400 rounds down range per person. Then I moved to a place where I have to pay to go to a range, and I had been going about once a month. Now with the ammo shortage I haven't been since January, other than to do the break-in on my new pistol.

So as a non 'merican do you guys go to the range with these on a regular basis?

Or just amass a personal cache ???

Some of the stuff in here is fucking crazy town.

was going to an indoor range about twice a month and spednind a day in the desert about once every 3 months

then the ammo shortage...

damn dude I am so tempted to swoop a lower reciever and start a build....

it made sense for me to build instead of buy because i didnt want a bunch of spare parts laying around after i ended up making the rifle the way i wanted.

so far its ended up costing me as much as a decent complete rifle wouldve

building the lower was fun and shopping for little shit like iron sights was fun too

plus now i know how to break the entire firearm down if i need to in the future

would recommend

i THINK if you built a multi cal lower you could still use your 22lr upper with it and possibly sell the 22 only lower

i still want a plain jane AK w a wood stock set ... maybe w 2013 yrs tax return

Nice fuckin collection!

After everything calms down I'm gonna get a cheap used glock so I can paint it.

Nothing gay and flashy . Something subtle like those
