When I used to live in Korea Town(L.A.) you could walk around and see cars booted on almost every block. One of thee most fucked up parking situations I've seen. In one year I had over a thousand dollar in tickets and towed twice. and me almost fucking one of them up. Get a ticket, pay a ticket. They're like the mafia. I dont pay them right away either so I accumulated a hefty amount of money owed to d.m.v like 5 somin. Parking tickets seem somewhat un-American to me.
