places to go snowboarding close to seattle

snoqualmie, whistler, mt baker, crystal,

 

i dont snowboard (yet) but i ALWAYS hear people talking about these places

mt baker is good...usualy tons of snow

 

if you wanna go across the border whistler/blackcomb is very good, or the 3 mountains in vancouver are a little closer, cypress and grouse are the better 2

i live near all these places (not next door) and i've never even thought about snowboarding. is it even worth it? it seems like a hobby that would cost you ton of money to play about about 3 months or even way less out of the year.

Snoqualmi SUCKS dont go there.

 

Its really small

 

Really crowded.

 

Yeah go to BAKER or CRYSTAL. Or better yet WHISTLER/BLACKCOMB. Ive driven there and back in a day.... From seattle.

snoqualmie dosent suck LOL they have a pretty good terrain park and alpental is awesome, always powder at the top. Hell of a lot closer then anywhere else.
