We usually hit up a couple of oontz parties one of which he is playing then back to his place with whoever wants to join us except this year I'll be playing the first podcast for his show. I usually go over to my best friend's grandparent's house. They're my family, for the most part. Eat beer, drink food, talk about comics with her grandfather, who is an old school comic book artist...then go to her house and watch 80's movies. Pistol Posted December 24, 2007 Share Posted December 24, 2007 christmas eve : my side usually head over to the 'white' side of my fam in Orange County eat turkey, ham all that shit. the other side the matriarch is dead. so this is the first year where every one is gonna start branching off doing they're own thing. inlaws, their matriarch is dead so there in kinda the same situation as me. christmas: inlaws, wake up eat breakfast, wait for the kid to come over and then open presents. eat tamales we bought in East LA, fuck all that from scratch bullshit. my side go to sisters and eat ham and open presents. Some times the friendly kind. Usually it was the too-much-to-drink-and-everything-you-say-is-wrong type. Now nobody in my family ( except me) drinks. So. We are going to eat a small dinner.
