I have gotten these before and they usually go away in like 5 seconds. This shit lasted for a while. I woke up today and it still hurts like fuck and there is some kind of lump in that shit. Fuck. It hurts to eat and stuff. I hope I don't got some crazy smoking-related disease. I think I might have just messed it up because I was chewing food when it happened and it never happened while I was doing that before. Maybe I just pulled a muscle or some shit.
