I got out and ran over and the guy had a indent of the steering wheel across his whole head. I could see his brains. CHIPS pulled up as soon as we pulled him out of the car. Couldn't do anything, dude died right there. I think that is one of the few times I had to deal with died bloody people outside of the Army.
