Sk8ter: I don't know specifically of they clay I

was talking about... I just know that there are

clays that will dry without you needing to cook it.

The reason that you want this clay is so the mold

doesn't change shape as it dries. If you wanted a

permanent mold, you would start with this one, make

a reverse cast, and then make another mold with your

reverse/negative(?) cast and then cook that.

Just ask someone at a art store. Let them know the

size that you are trying to make the mold. You will need

a fair amount. They should be able to point you the right

direction. I am interested in this now as well, so I will be

on the look out.

almost everything will at some time leak.

Especially if you are using them a lot. I have

started to keep my mops in a plastic bag. While

it may seem too much, it's pretty awesome to just

hold the mop in the plastic bag(sandwich bag) and

expose the tip out of the bag, take the top off, and

get busy. Recap and pull bag back over. It's also like

having a glove at the same time. The bag protects your

fingers. If your KR mop busts on you, just grab a kiwi shoe

polish mop. They are essentially the same thing. Good luck.

sk8er6 and asdf, i have been thiking about doing the same thing, although instead of using a mold i would fill an empty glue stick container, so that i can extend it and stuff. you might also be able to make a massive one from an empty deoderant container, think of that a nice travel size right guard streak. ha! that'd give new meaning to the "right guard POWER STRIPE".

also not long ago i used to have some skate wax that was in a deoderant container.

junobos in the kiwi and the things on the right and left of the krink are glue pens. i just wanted to make sure the other side didnt leak so i duct tapped the first one and used silicone on the second. those also have junobo in them. they flow well, but i have to go slow and squeeze so it dont streak. i like em' though

anyone had a krink mop leak on them? i dont know whether to trust the lid.

i mean they have screw-on lids instead of pop offs like kiwis i luckily was cleaning out this old bodega and found a box of shoe polishes with screw-off tops the only problem is the nibs has a giant whole in the middle definatly not good might have to tweak em

...but since the top has to be unsrewed on KRinks i'd say they're safe just open it away from you just in case
