He even goes into the spike of thought, on 9/11: The first formal prediction for September 11 is essentially the same as that made for the terrorist bombing of American Embassies in Africa in August 1998. That specified a period beginning a few minutes before the bombing and included an aftermath period of three hours. Following that model, I specified a period beginning 10 minutes before the first plane crashed into the WTC tower, and ending four hours after, thus defining a similar aftermath period. (I might even upload parts... or something.) Why did Richard Hoagland want to research this? Well, in one of these: 2004-05-15 - Art Bell - Future of Earth - Richard Hoagland & David Wilcock - (# of 8).mp3 He explains his time in hospital, when he felt this huge feeling of healing. It turned out that his wife had announced on air that he was admitted to the hospital right around that time. So like anyone, you want to find the proof, the scientific data that the human mind can actually effect things. So they set out and tested it live, in the MIT Experiment. And they measured the 'global consciousness.'
