We have those same cameras in Columbus.

Neither of those things will do anything other than weed out toys.

Causeonly toys hit the same 3 blocks over and over again.

A cop would have to be psychic to predict where I'd hit next accurately enough to catch me.

Also, none of the testimonials actually say the Graffiti tracker works, and the video about it says the kid they caught told the police what he wrote, so it had nothing to do with graffiti tracker

i'll tell you how that graffiti tracker works.

1. it's uses gps to pinpoint the tag and gives it an address.

they then upload the photo and public works/law enforcement/city/district attorney's have access to it.

2. the police can kinda figure out where a tagger usually hits up, then they can put the heat on the neighborhood. and eventually get someone to rat you out.

3. once the police catch you they then have x number of locations with your moniker in their database.

4. the city prosecutors can then sue to get money from you and or your parents.

cops can find you better on myspace than using detective skills on this tracker shit.

it's mainly useful for collecting fines after you are caught.

yeah my city uses the same company.

The problem is once you get popped whether in the act or a rat when you go to court, the city/state/county shows up with photos of your graffiti, same name same style and asks for restitution the court usually gives it to them no questions asked.

50 locations x inflated supplies cost ie. paint, chemical, sand blast material plus inflated manpower rates x 50 hours at 25$ per hour plus fuel/wear and tear.maintenance on city vehicle comes out to 12-15 g's.

Deny everything. Once you cop to being so and so you will then have to pay.

Then again graffiti is illegal so fuck it what you expect right?

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadband Discovery Systems, Inc. (BDS) has developed a graffiti detection sensor that works in real-time. With the graffiti detection system, dubbed "Project Merlin", graffiti vandals do not stand a chance. Unlike current motion-sensing methods, Merlin monitors for aerosol can emissions through a novel and proprietary method.

When the sensor identifies a graffiti event, an alert is sent within seconds to an alarm or security company, or even to a cell phone. The sensors are extremely small, allowing them to be mounted on any surface, in various casings, making them covert in every environment. They are designed to be both cost-effective and highly dependable. Business owners can benefit greatly from this system, as it is an affordable means for protecting their assets.

Project Merlin has been beta-tested over the past few months with the Capitola Police Department, where Detective Jason Grogan stated, "This technology has proven to be very effective throughout our community." Other agencies and municipalities have expressed such an interest in Merlin that BDS has decided to make the product available nation-wide.

that BDS shit is no joke

blart is on some shit, that shit would be cheap as fuck

you ever heard of a whip it? you know that thing aerosol cans give off when you spray them called Co2? the reason your supposed to rock a respirator?

you ever seen a Co2 alarm in someones crib? their the size of fire alarms or smaller.

guranteed these BDS are nothing more then Co2 sensors, only a little bit smaller, with a signal to contact the authorities

but either way, they can make these shits so small and descrete, you wont know their there til its too late, and youd never be able to find it

you step to the spot and start painting, and as soon as enough co2 accumulates to trigger the alarm, that shits gonna trigger a camera and notify 5-0
