I sent them as you do and then 29 days later the guy who bought it claimed it was a dodgy transaction and instantly the online payment system took his side and took 300.00 plus fees from my account. Did you submit all the requested documents during the appeal? I know they typically initially side with the payer but, crazy they would not see your side of the situation during the appeal.
